It is restricted to students at Loyola University in Chicago who are Catholic and whose last name is Zolp. That's four years full-paid, and all for having proof of being a descendant of somebody named Zolp. And being Catholic, of course. Can you speak Klingon, Nadsat, Elvish, or Newspeak? These are all examples of made-up languages found in works of fiction (in order, they are from "Star Trek", the novel "A Clockwork Orange", the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, and George Orwell's classic novel "1984").
